Zemsania is seeking a motivated and experienced SAP Support Analyst with a specialization in Production Planning (PP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), specifically Shop Floor Control (SFC). The ideal candidate will possess functional and technical expertise in S/4HANA, with a strong understanding of digital manufacturing processes. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a B2 level of English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP PP, MM, QM, and PLM modules, with a primary focus on Production Planning and Shop Floor Control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Bills of Material (BOM), Routings, Production Orders, Goods Issues (GI), and Goods Receipts (GR).
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement effective SAP solutions.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes within the SAP environment, focusing on digital manufacturing best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, in both Spanish and English.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP innovations and industry trends, particularly in S/4HANA and digital manufacturing.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP support or functional consulting, with a focus on SAP PP.
- Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including Shop Floor Control, digital manufacturing, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, GI/GR.
- Experience in functional support within SAP environments.
- B2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), QM (Quality Management), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
- Familiarity with other MES solutions.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
