The OneSource Application Support professional is responsible for end-to-end functional and/or technical support of the OneSource application within an AMS (Application Management Services) environment, ensuring stable operations, SLA compliance, and continuous service improvement.
The role acts as a senior support SME, bridging business users, L1/L2 teams, and technical stakeholders while driving efficient incident resolution, minor enhancements, and operational excellence.
